Has anyone Tried The Loaf Nest Pan?
This pan is somewhat the same shape as the Challenger pan. I remember when It first came out. I was interested but didn't want to pay that much (currently $209 US) just to try it. I've always wondered how well it bakes. Here's a link -

I have one and it works well and seems well made. I have made English muffins, small stove-top pizzas, and tortillas on it with good results.
Hi Tom, I’m curious about the Loaf Nest too. Wondering what the measurements are and whether or not it would fit into my toaster oven.Must look into it. Thanks for putting it out there.

for a lidded loaf pan... seems pretty outrageous.
Yes, that's why I haven't tried it ... OTOH, the Challenger pan is $299. Haven't tried it either.
