Howdy! My name is Christina Flappy Bird, and I've spent the most of my baking time making bread, either alone or with my grandmother. I enjoy baking using regular items, but I also want to get the confidence to use exotic ingredients like cake flour and fondant. I'm just thrilled to be here on the forum and learn.
