"Bread" 3rd edition with 15% roughly chopped walnuts. I baked in a dutch oven the full formula in the book as one big rather than two smaller loaves; it just seems to work better that way. Final weight after baking and cooling 1.4 kg.

It's really delicious, probably due to the 16 hr levain, 12 hr bulk fermentation, and overnight proof in the fridge. My rye starter likes warmer weather; I used 75 F in the proofer rather than the 70 F DDT.
The crumb is about as open as one could reasonably expect for 100% whole wheat.
Louis- You have truly mastered this formula. I, like Rebecca, really like walnuts in n bread. Maybe this bread has turned your tastes around a little. It looks great and I will try to emulate!
My tastes have changed over the years. Late in life, I started drinking coffee, and now I like walnuts in my bread. I've always liked onions and scallions in bread, and various seeds, but the household tastes are not unanimous.
The keys to this one are using the full levain and bulk fermentation times in the formula at a temp that my starter likes (75 F rather than 70 F DDT per the formula). And proofing 15-20 mins more in the proofer after taking the dough out of the fridge and before baking (which is suggested in the formula).
I still need to work on scoring more consistently.

My experience with uploaded vs linked photos is generally that links are often easier to use. The viewer doesn't have to download a good sized file, or scroll around to see the whole thing. And it may be easier for both sender and viewer if there are multiple files involved.
