what system do you use to track your orders?

I'm setting up an e commerce site to sell bread (wordpress+bluehost). there's pretty robust features there to track orders and keep tabs of everything but I'm just wondering what some of you professionals use in your bakery to track orders, supplies, stock, etc.

I know there's a service called Bakesy that looks pretty cool. Any recommendations out there?

Thanks,

I use Square and it works well...lots of others running small bakeries do to (but many don't)...

Check out Bakers4Bakers for feedback from professionals running small operations...there you will also find a big thread on tracking orders using Google Forms and other free resources (which I used to do)...

I use google sheets. I'm a microbakery and I make about 170kg of bread a wee over two days baking.

I have a website, but a lot of my regulars don't like using the website so they email in orders and text to my work phone. Excel style works for me as I can do formulae connected to the orders on the same page for the week. Maybe it's just my size of bakery that this works for but I'm happy.
