Thanks for the great idea! This inspired me to bake this recipe to replicate your great looking bread. Variation 2, though, since no dried milk.
Mine, not so much. But it sure smells good and I’ll be trying again!
For comparison, I used 32oz. Of raw dough in 9x5 Loaf pans. Maybe a bit to much. However, that being said, it made for a wonderful oven spring. Thanks for your kind words. As well as for posting your results.
