100% WW Overnight Sandwich Loaf
A nice recipe for beginners (like me) or someone who wants to do a bake without a lot of dough manipulation throughout the day. Makes a nice crumb.

Looks healthy and delicious. And i have a bag of WW flour about to expire! Thank you
Nicely done!! I started the levain build for this recipe just a few hours ago, and was thinking about making it into a sandwich loaf. What size pan did you use?
Thanks! Top of the pan - inside dimensions: 8.5" x 4.5". 2.75" deep.
Great looking WW sandwich bread Troy, well done. Are you pleased with the taste and texture?
Benny
Thank you Benny. I'll have to give you the verdict later on taste. I got impatient and sliced it to see the crumb. :-) However, the final dough also had that "buttery" smell, so I think it's going to be quite tasty. Maybe a hint of sour, but definitely not that strong vinegar tang (at least not from pre-bake aroma).
When slicing, the texture seems like it should be pretty soft. Maybe a little chewy.
EDIT: Tried a quick slice... The plain bread is good. Not bitter and just a bit of tang at the end. Texture is good, but crumb is a tad moist. I undercooked this one by about 5-10 minutes. Still trying to work that out. Makes excellent toast with honey!
What a gorgeous loaf!
The crumb is uniform and the texture looks like it would be great.
Nice Bake...
Thank you Dan!
