If you were here you could have some too...Its a great easy quick recipe and makes 16. Cant make them to often its a sugar overload. But the "OOOOOO's" and "AAAAARRRR"s"while they eat them is worth it....lol
I added chocolate chips to the top of the first recipe and chopped pecans and butterscotch chips to the second recipe. Both recipes are delicious! Who knew that I would attempt black bean brownies one day?
Have never heard of black-bean brownie..lol, but very tempted by the toffee version....they both look amazing there would be no guilt eating the Bean ones....lol :-)
until one of the ladies at Pilates brought some to share. Hers were good but these are better. There is no way that someone would guess there are black beans in there. I used oat flour since I had that on hand rather than the quick oats. Thank goodness for the metric weight measurements.
To be honest, I am not sure which I prefer. They are both excellent especially with the extra nuts and butterscotch chips I added to the second recipe. I mixed the nuts in but just sprinkled the butterscotch chips on the top.
That is some treat. Lucky grandkids. I'd be a kid again if I got those as a treat.
Those look mighty fine.

Funny that brownies have been on my baking roster too. I made these:
