Convection oven for home use

Hello,

Our home cooking range oven is always broken (its dual fuel, gas hob and electric oven), and since there aren’t other good options in my region I am considering getting a separate small “commercial” convection oven.I don't want to go back to a gas oven, just a personal preference. 

These are my options:

• Venix oven T043M or T04M

• Tecnodom EKA oven EKF423 N UD

• Roller Grill FC 60 TQ

Unox is also available, but I think the steep price is not justified for home use.

Which oven would you recommend getting?

Also for Venix and EKA, it has the option for humidity, can I simply connect it to a water bottle?
