I am new at this.

Have been baking sourdough for about a month now - finally getting a decent crust in my La Cloche baker!

Are you new to bread baking or just sourdough (I am guessing the latter). That looks really good. If you can post pictures of the crumb then it would be more telling. But I would say ... well done.
