First Sourdough Loaf!
My first sourdough loaf! Not very sour but my starter is young, about 10 days. The texture is chewy and crust and crumb good. Just have to work with the mother.

Oh, and congrats. Isn't it great to bake with your own leaven? *smile*
1 whole egg + 1 tblspoon water beat together makes the shine!
