Day 5: Double Chocolate peanut Butter Bark
On the 5th day of holiday baking my true love ran to the store to get me another 2 kg jar of crunchy peanut butter for this creation. A no bake confection that will bring out your inner artist!

Elegant and too simple! Almost a crime to cut it up.
Is there a particular time to cut the bark into pieces or does it stay cutable at room temp?

Hi Mini,
I like to cut it with a large sharp knife when it is cold. I find you get a cleaner edge on the cut if it is cold. You could also just break it into irregular sized pieces.
