Need help with free new mill

Here is a santha new mI’ll that I received for Free. I know not all free things are good, but this seem too good to pass up. I took it apart and it has 10” black granite millstones in good shape. It has a 3/4 or 1 horsepower motor. Curious to see if anybody else can dig up some info on this as I have been unable to find any. I’ll take more pictures if needed.
