A brand new commercial home size deck oven with proofer box at the bottom set up

A brand new commercial home size deck oven with proofer box at the bottom set up.   . I imported  it from Taiwan for my kitchen renovation and somehow the project turned south. 

Brand: Chuan Chiu  ( This is one for the best top commercial known brands for bakery equipment in Taiwan)

It is use single-phase 240V electricity. the power is 4.5kw/60hz and it matches USA power.

#304 stainless steel on entire exterior unit. 

Germany baking stone.

Infrared heating tube.

Touch panel.

Steam injection

Multistage heating PID control.

Celsius and Fahrenheit choice.

It is what the bakery uses  and heavy duty &professional built.  It requires 2-3 people to transport it.
