Bread Newbie- Conversion Advice

Hey everyone! I started making homemade bread a couple of months ago. I mastered my white bread and now want to experiment with others. My only issue is I don't like using my bread machine to bake it in. I prefer baking it right in my oven. With my white bread, I found a wonderful recipe online that gave me the instructions on baking it in the oven or the machine. I haven't been lucky enough to find anything like that for any other bread. After using the dough cycle on my machine, how do I go about converting the recipe to baking it in the oven?

Thank you!

If developed - this is just mixed - use a pan until your skills are developed. As a rule 2 or 3 rises depending on the flour - 1 rise and bake. This should get ya going. Enjoy!
