Thanks for the post, and the recommendation for this recipe. I hadn't seen this one on the website, so I'm assuming that this is in the book, which I've been dithering about buying.  This is definitely a positive push towards making that investment!

Fill you up is right. The 9" loaf weighed 4 lbs. 2 oz!
