Massive Bread Baking Experimental Extravaganza! Of sorts

So somehow I posted this twice, once here, once on my blog. I confuse myself. I think I'm just going to put a link to it here though.

A high extraction miche, a roasted garlic explosion, and a foray into the realm of spinach and feta cheese. All delicious, all with room to improve. Sadly, my flour bin is just shy of being empty, as I await a new shipment.

go! see what I did! I'm kinda proud. I'll definately be trying them all again, probably thinking more and calculating more beforehand. this time, I just did some quick proportions and went at it. I like that style when diving into something for the first time. Fine-tune it later.....
