Looking for Soft pillowy pita recipe

I am looking for a soft pillowy pita recipe. I have tested quite a bit of recipes but I haven't found anything good. I would like the pita to be soft and able to wrap it stuffed with ingredients. I don't want it to have a pocket but more of a Greek style pita. Can anyone please help me?
