Yeah, I'm pretty sure I've stumbled across it a few times when googling for chleb (bread).  It is a good one.

sounds intriguing, but where am I going to find a vessel big enough to hold 20 liters of milk??

Guess my cheesemaking days are still a bit in the future...

of milk but you likely won;t get fresh raw cow, goat, sheep, donkey, camel and yak milk unless you have your own herd.  She uses raw milk for her cheese so she as acess most of us don't  I freaked out when she did the post on the most expensive cheese in the world - the Serbian Donkey cheese that she only had pictures of since she doesn't have that milk.

I really like her layered and marble cheeses.

Happy cheese making

that Jack Nicholson drank in The Bucket List.  Last I checked, Kopi Luwak coffee was anywhere from $100 to $600 per 500g.  And truffles are about $1 to $1.25 per gram.

I do just fine with Starbucks Willow blonde roast and I drink it weak, at that.  And truffles remind me a lot of garlic which I can get at the grocery store for about a buck.  However, there just may be no substitute for Donkey cheese.  ;-)

year for! half price.  I could barely afford an ounce  when the regular price was $135 an oz.  Loved the pretty little tin it came in too
