2015 books
Any new bread books that you like?
I rarely buy books, as I can usually get them from our library or through InterLibrary Loan. Very new books are not available through ILL, but I can always ask our library to consider purchasing them.

I haven't seen a copy yet, but the second in Michael Kalanty's How to Bake Bread series is due to be released mid-January. The focus of this one is "the family of naturally fermented doughs and wild yeast cultures." I know several people here have expressed an interest in a book devoted to that topic. The first one got good reviews on Amazon, and I expect the second to be organized in similar style.
