White Whole Wheat with Natural Leaven

Had my first real success with a whole wheat bread with a natural leaven. Used a 50/50 mix of KA AP and KA Wheat/WhiteWheat to approximate a high extraction flour and took great care to get the dough at a certain temperature. Looks like it worked:)
