Valentine's Day Dinner...the Fresh Loaf way! Tartine Sourdough Club Sandwiches of course.

Hi Gang,

I'm very happy tonight!  With everyones' help from the Fresh Loaf, I have learned the most awesome bread for a Club Sandwich.  Tartine French Country Bread.  It's my 3rd time making this awesome bread and it is so great warm or toasted.  My wife and I have it for breakfast and even at dinner for the best sandwiches,  incredible.  I have gotten many instructions from members here on the site and thanks to all who've helped me.  The following link has bread pics and final sandwich pics.  We live in Florida and the heirloom tomatoes and leaf lettuce are from our Very healthy garden.  Enjoy the photos!!!
