Baking in Monterey
Hi. I am new to the site. I have been baking bread for about 11 years now. About 4 years ago I got much more serious and developed my own starter (using the method in The Cheese Board Collective Works, which isn't much different from the BBA method). I also baked my way through BBA (I thought of it as my bread baking apprenticeship). I recently bought Jeffrey Hamelman's book and am thinking of baking my way through it as a sort of journeyman training. I would love to use the blog feature on this site to keep track when I do it.
