Looking for a soft sourdough rye roll recipe
Anyone have a great sourdough rye roll recipe that makes nice soft rolls? I'd love to have a copy of the recipe if you'd be willing to share or direct me to the recipe.
I've been look around and haven't been able to find one.
Thanks !

Thanks Moe C. Have you made this recipe into rolls? If so, how many did you get from 1x recipe?
I haven't made the recipe at all. Her ingredients add up to 544g. That's a rough weight because the dough never weighs as much as the sum of its parts, but should give you an idea. Decide how big you want the rolls--that can be between 50 and 100g. I'm guessing that recipe would give you 5 hamburger-sized rolls.
Thank you Moe C
Must try!
