Jason's Quick Coccodrillo Ciabatta Bread
I made Jason's Quick Coccodrillo Ciabatta Bread using the Ankarsrum 6230 with the roller. I thought I had destroyed it when I transferred the loafs, but to my surprise they turned out better than I expected.

Looks very nice. I used the roller for the Ank for all breads, and thought it worked fine.
