dmsnyder's San Joaquin Sourdough Baguettes
This is my 3rd time baking these delicious baguettes for friends and family. The common response I get - "I can't stop eating them!".

These looks great! Nice and consistent. I've never tried making baguette's yet, but your easy and tasty comment definitely has me thinking about it.
Nice baguettes Tony. They are long enough that you could do four scores instead of just three! Lots of finger sized and irregular alveoli, just what you are looking for in the crumb.
