Using ADY and 48 hours in the fridge. We did do a CB for pizza a few years back and it was fun. Maybe the next one could be for outdoor pizza since its a different animal. Don

Sourdough? Yeast? Flour? It would be fun to have a pizza oven thread at some point. I have to wait until Spring to get back at it.
