It’s definitely been a learning curve making every second in the oven count without torching it. I found a mod on the pizza making forum for a rotating stone on a Lazy Susun bearing that heats more evenly and rotates for more  even cooking.

Sourdough?  Yeast?  Flour?  It would be fun to have a pizza oven thread at some point.  I have to wait until Spring to get back at it.

Using ADY and 48 hours in the fridge. We did do a CB for pizza a few years back and it was fun. Maybe the next one could be for outdoor pizza since its a different animal.
