Can I take my recipe that makes 2 loaves and change it to 3 smaller ones?
I’ve been making Amish White Bread. The recipe makes 2 generous 9x5 loaves. Can I make 3 smaller ones??

Absolutely, yes. Likely you can cut 5 or 10 minutes off the baking time too, though I don't know of a good way to estimate how much.
