3 month old oven baked her first baguette
I'm starting to get a hang of firing the oven. I finished building it in the beginning of July, 2019. These are my first attempts at making a baguettes. I'm super happy with the crust and crumb!

I wish I had an oven deep enough that could be loaded with full sized baggies. And - you still have a turntable!
