I’m Cole Sorensen from New York, and I’m excited to join the community! I’ve been getting into baking recently, especially breads and cakes, and I’m eager to learn more and share what I’ve picked up so far.

I’m especially interested in improving my sourdough skills and trying new baking techniques. Looking forward to connecting with all of you and learning some great tips!
