My first sourdough loaves
I used Reinhart's method for the sourdough starter. I wholeheartedly credit the 'Fresh Loaf' members for saving my starter, so I had to post the results. When my starter seemed to have stopped, I found the posted link to Reinhart's correction via this site. Thankfully, a little aeration saved the day. The loaves had a great crumb (at least it far surpassed my expectations for a first loaf), and were moderately sour. May try retarding one loaf next time, and see how that affects the flavor.

Beautiful loaves..good for you!! It took me quite a while before I could make a loaf like that!
Agreed... That is gorgeous!
Thanks for the feedback...let's just hope it wasn't beginner's luck ;-o I'll have to see if the ones I bake tomorrow turn out as nice.
