need cheesecake crust recipe for springform pan! help!

I am looking for a shortbread crust recipe for a springform pan made from scratch that uses metric measurements (i.e. grams); a recipe that uses weight measurements (i.e. ounces) is fine too. I hate using customary measurements, I don't think they're accurate.  The springform pan size being used would be 9" or 10"

I don't like to cheesecake recipes that use graham cracker/biscuit crumbs for for base, because these crusts always fall apart.

I cannot find a recipe online for a cheesecake crust for a springform pan that uses metric or weight measurements; everything is in customary measurements. It's either that or I cannot find a shortbread crust from scratch that is for a springform pan.

Crust:
150g Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
75g Sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
75g Butter or Margarine
a little grated lemon zest (optional)

Preheat oven 200°C. Combine flour with baking powder and form a nest. In middle egg, sugar and vanilla, on edge cut up butter flakes. With a fork (or fingers) stir middle and then flour until a dough forms. Knead lightly, may need just a little flour.

Use a 9 1/2" Spring form with parchment circle on bottom (a little sprinkle of water between form and parchment prevents slipping). Grease sides. Spread out dough till it covers bottom and comes up the sides about 3 cm or an inch. Bake in middle oven until lightly golden.  about 15 min.

If you find the dough a tiny bit too much, make a few cookies with the part you pinch off.  Roll into balls, roll into sugar and then flatten lightly with the bottom of a glass.  Can bake at the same time with the crust, they may take less time to bake.   :)
