topped bread recipe for potluck must be egg-free
Well, my subject line says it all. Monday I have a Thanksgiving potluck to attend and would like to take something I can prepare Sunday that will hold well. The recipe must not have eggs. I appreciate any suggestions you may have and I thank you in advance.
:o)
I'm not sure I know what you mean by "Topped Bread" but if you are going to a potluck Thanksgiving dinner these are great. I have used canned pumpkin or sweet potatoes in a pinch also.

I used this recipe but with pumpkin. It was an enormous hit! Thanks again.
Those are good tasting rolls. I didn't make them this year and people asked why. Just different enough to cause you to notice the flavor.
I have learned from the food scientist in our family that most of the canned pumpkin sold in stores is really sweet potato or yams or a mix. I suppose it doesn't matter for these.
