Famag IM-10 Spiral Mixer

I am selling my Famag IM10 Spiral dough mixer, very lightly used. I bought the mixer just 14 months ago and shortly thereafter changed my business focus. It is an excellent mixer and handles from 3.3 lbs up to 22 lbs. of dough. This is the model with the tilting head and removable bowl. This mixer has only been used 12-15 times and I have never mixed more than 12 lbs of dough at one time. I bought the mixer from Pleasant Hill Grain for $1879, (plus tax my total was $2005), it is now retailing for $1990. Selling it for $1700. I have all the original packaging so it can be safely shipped (at your cost) or you can pick it up in Brenham TX which is between Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.
