Whole wheat, white, country style, rye? These are hard decisions. 

I am thinking to go 100% bread flour. Something I have not done in some time. The goal for today's laboratory exercise, a Instagram worthy bake. My artistic skills are basically nil. So, this should be challenging. Smile...
