Howdy! My name is Inez, and most of my baking experience comes from baking bread either by myself or with my grandma. I'm interested in baking things using everyday ingredients, but also want to work up the courage to bake using special ingredients such as cake flour and fondant. Just happy to be here on the forum and learn.
