Sourdough Starter Showdown

I wanted to let the community know about a fun, free event I've just launched - the Sourdough Starter Showdown. It's not just a challenge; it's a chance for us to dive deep into the strengths and differences between different starters, using some unique tech to keep a constant temperature and AI to monitor the growth of each unique starter. I already have 75 entries from around the world and can only take 25 more. There are also prizes put up by some big names in the bread community.
