Source for Selkirk Flour
Does anyone know of a source of Selkirk flour? I used to buy from Daybreak Mills, but they have ceased operations.

A 1953 Canadian hard red spring wheat out of Manitoba, Selkirk has great baking quality, good disease resistance, and a balanced flavor.

But don't get your hopes up, unless you're willing to make a trip to southern Manitoba. A 44-lb bag is $75Cdn, or about $59-ish US. No shipping that I can see.
Is there a noticeable difference between Selkirk and other hard red spring wheat? Because it sounds as though you're going to have to settle for the latter.
