Hey!

Hi all,

My name is Kevin- a recent law school grad, and I love baking generally and baking sourdough. I’ve been lurking on the fresh loaf on and off since 2014, having been inspired by so many amazing bakers here. Finally decided to join in on the fun! I have a lot of free time since I recently took the bar- and have one month which I can solely devote to baking nonstop :). 

here’s a picture of my most recent bake- a sprouted kamut loaf with 16% AP einkorn, 10.9% whole wheat, 75% King Arthur bread flour, 87% hydration. Recipe is from Kristin Dennis (fullproofbaking). ‘‘Twas delicious 😋
