Hello bready people!
I am glad to be here with you. My bread baking adventure began a few years ago. I bake less often than in the past, and I mostly bake pizza napoletana and sandwich bread for burgers. I think it's time to get back to artisanal bread. I believe that when I am here, I will do it more often. I'm looking forward to learning so much from you guys!
