Scaling hamburger buns

Happy 4th!

How much dough do you recommend using for each brioche style hamburger bun to make it large enough to hold a Costco patty?

 to get the same size as grocery store 8 to a pack buns.

155 g eafor large (4.5 inch) buns - about 114 mm
100 g eafor regular size (4 inch) buns - about 100 mm
55 g eafor slider size (3 inch) buns - about 76 mm
