I will use this book. I just read about parbaking loaves. Great idea.

The diagrams and graphs are really nice too.

I watched your yts from the early days when you went through the bakes for 100% whole wheat. You've gotten  really nice results now.

Thank you everyone for the kind words! I saw some people already creating some issues with ideas for improvement on the GitHub source code - that's highly appreciated.

Please let me know if there are things you feel missing. Happy to add them to the book as well, it's ongoing work.
