Hello from the little red dot!
Heya!
I’m from Singapore and I’m really happy to be part of TFL. I only started baking last year, and my sourdough journey started only July 2020. Lots to learn from you all, looking forward! I’m always baking in summer LOL so I always am wary about pushing my bulk fermentation slightly high, lest I end up with a UFO looking bread.
