my tough little bugers (yeast)
So, last weekend (my usually bi weekly feeding schedual), I feed them, but left it out until last night (5 days in room temp) when I finally fed it again with a 1:4:4. This morning ~10 hours later, it's sitting there doubled. I'm thinking to myself... perhaps I'm creating a super strain, where only the strongest survive... but perhaps just an active imagination. Smelt great with no hooch or strange side affects.
