Hi everyone! I'm Kulak, 28 and from the PNW, now living in the UK.

I'm new to sourdough (bet you guys have been hearing that a lot these past few months) and I'm excited to be here and learn and improve! I have an instagram, @pnwfrontier.kitchen, where I post pics of my bread and pies as I learn. I am super passionate about being able to make fresh, real food for my friends and family.

I like flavorful white bread and malted wholewheat, and I am a sucker for g r a i n y  b r e a d. I'm really excited to learn from all of you and to get to be the dumbest one in the room!
