Help! Angel Biscuit dough

Can I freeze shaped & unbaked Angel Biscuits (yeast, baking powder & soda).  I've frozen scone dough, but not yeast or combo.  Apparently I can't do simple math today.  Meant to make 3/4 batch, messed up the tsp./TBSP leavening (doubled it), and mixed with 3/4 of the flour.  Had to make a double batch.  It's meant to chill & bake over 1-3 days, so I have time.  Can't reach my freezer-master MIL (her recipe).  Thanks!

extra, then freeze them.  Try both ways and make note which survive the freezing better.  I would make use of a sheet to freeze separately then bag them.  Let baked biscuits cool completely and only thaw out as many as needed. Toss into hot oven to refresh and warm.

if you shove the dough into the coldest part of the fridge almost freezing it, you may get a few days or a week more out of the raw recipe.

Mini, you always have an answer!  Froze 2 ways.  I've made these many times, but used it up over a few days feeding more than two of us.  My MIL called tonight and said she's frozen unbaked with no problem (she often has to prep for large gatherings).

3 x 5 Angel biscuit card but couldn't find it in my traveling card file.  I remember how flexible the recipe can be.  I did pick up a tip from a good biscuit baking friend.  She said to crowd the biscuits on the baking sheet, almost touching for nice high biscuits.  This keeps the edges from setting during initial oven spring.    :)

Good idea for the nice rise.  When I've done dinner rolls closely spaced in a 9 x 13 they have a lovely shape with tender sides.  Don't know why I've always separated biscuits.

Do you also have my MIL's 3 x 5 card?  We'll have to compare, or I'll send you mine (think it's her mother's recipe).   After repeatedly misplacing recipes (or forgetting what book/magazine they're in), I created a binder with our favorites and passed-down recipes.  I gather you've moved around a bit; I don't have that excuse for losing things.

is most likely in with a group of airplane tickets and receipts.  I have a mini ring binder for recipes but in a pinch, I will take out my favourites for lighter baggage.  I will find it sifting and organizing piled up old papers bit by bit.  Did find an interesting ticket, booked on the Lauda Air plane that crashed some 30 years ago. A snake bite caused a rebooking.  The snake was a very nasty green bamboo snake that can be just as fatal.

A recipe with it might be a green papaya and pork salad.  I've updated my green papaya recipes since Laos. :)

to a poisonous snake bite that kept you off a plane that crashed 30 years ago.  I really need you to buy my Mega Millions ticket of tomorrow's drawing or at least give the numbers to buy so we can split the $425 Million.  Just PM me Mini and I will cut you in on 1/5th the prize if we win.

I knew about the Snakes on a Plane movie. Somehow I think Not on a Plane Due to Snake would not get the same kind of ticket sales. ?

"Just as fatal" has to be the best part though. Reminds me of watching Yogi Bear cartoons - one scene has Yogi saying "I could have been seriously killed!" ?

(Things that make you only a little bit dead - a fascinating category. ?)
