best uses for leftover bread
had some leftover sourdough cornbread and one thing led to another yada yada yada and cornbread apple, pear, pecan stuffing with roasted acorn squash for dinner ☺
I also make sweet bread puddings, croutons, and breadcrumbs. anyone have any other favorites?

I've used old bread like Hamelman describes but I've never heard or thought of just adding crumbs straight to dough
