Visting Dallas - need starter
Hi. I'm visiting my family in Dallas and had planned to make a few sourdough rounds for Thanksgiving. I brought all my supplies but unfortunately left the starter in the fridge in Portland OR.
So I am wondering if there is anyone in the Dallas area that can share some of their sourdough starter to get me going.

Risihi.. if you don't find anyone in Dallas, google bakeries for sourdough loaves. Walk in and tell them your story! I'm sure they'll share! Have fun.. bake happy!
Hi Rishi, any luck finding a starter in Dallas? I am in the same boat as you this Christmas (left my starter in Ireland!) and am hoping I can find a starter to make some loaves for the family. Thanks!
