raisin bread
This is a morning staple at our house cinnamon raisin bread and of course some fresh butter. I made a 4 loaf batch in my Ankarsrum mixer. I will freeze 3 of the loafs. My wife was supposedly near death from starvation so we had to cut 1 loaf while still warm!!!

I just baked six loaves of cinnamon raisin bread myself. :) Not sure we'll get any though; it depends whether any are left at the end of the shop / market today.
I have a batch of Cranberry, Raisin, Pecan, Cinnamon Sourdough rising on the counter. It was a request of hubby.
Your loaves look great! I hope mine turn out just as well.
