Mixed seed 70% Sourdough
This one was another 70% sesame loaf where I ran out of sesame seeds so substituted in some mixed seeds. I'm very pleased with how it came out and is definitely my tastiest bread yet. Roasted seeds add so much flavour.
I am wanting to increase my hydration but this loaf was a gift so I didn't want to potentially mess it up.

That's one of those loaves that one can almost smell, just from the picture. Gorgeous. What was in the seed blend?

if you lived near my I would deliver the bread fresh on my bike!
The seed mix was an omega mix so brown and golden linseeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
Thanks again, I want to photoshop space into one and have the bread as centre of the universe
